I went and saw this movie with Lorelai and a friend and her son last night.

The movie was un-flipping-believable. Now, granted, I don't read comics (but I'm going to!) and I don't know how true to the comic books the movie is, but that.movie.RAWKED!

Lorelai and I were giving each other high fives through the whole thing. She loved it.

Now.

On a more Goldie level, Robert Downey Jr. was SO flipping HOT in this movie. My love for him has gone on for some time now, but it was renewed post-Zodiac:

I'm going to be a recluse now.

But. Iron Man. He's already good-looking. But he was dirty and burly. AND he was doing good by transforming to weapons-monger to super-hero-do-gooder-via-destroying-the-very-weapons-he-created?!

Srsly tho: the movie was awesome. The music was SO on point (which comic book movies sometimes neglect). GO see it. NOW!

Robert Downey, Jr. is an official Kevin Wolf Man-Crush after this movie. He was already on the verge, but Iron Man sealed it.

I'm so glad this is good. I also freakin' LOVE Robert Downey Jr. Love him. Loved him since Back to School. And when I saw that he was going to be all dashing and sexy with with bulging biceps in this movie, I just about passed out. Now I must see it.

Ok. I'm going to watch it and afterwards talk about how hot he is, too.

I saw this movie yesterday and loved it. It was far better than I thought it would be. And yes, Robert Downey Jr. is incredibly hot in this movie (although his mustache looked goofy). I would kill to have his arms and chest...and legs, I guess.
