Dial by name directories = dumb.
Just get a flipping operator.
Cus when I spell the name of the person as Gail and it should be Gale, the last think I need to hear from an automated system is (and I quote) "I'm sorry. You're having problems. Please try again later."
Not, "I'm sorry that you're having problems." But, "I'm sorry. PSYYYYCHE!!! You're a flipping idiot. Try again when you know how to spell Gale/Gail the right way."
