I went and looked at urbanoutfitters.com's bathing suits and feel (maybe I'm wrong) that these models are skinnier than the average bathing suit model:

I can't even concentrate on what the suits look like cus of how narrow these girls are.

Now, I'm pretty naturally slim. I know that not everyone has those awesome J-Lo curves that I wish (from the bottom of my heart) that I had. And I also know that models on any given site are gonna be pretty skinny.

But... FOR REAL?!:

The site tries to redeem the above piece of crap by showing that YOU, TOO, CAN LOOK LIKE THIS:

Sure, the chick in the shower pic is skinny, but she's not as frighteningly skinny as the model on the site.

I wouldn't want to look anything like that! It's not that they're just skinny, they're shapeless! I couldn't even choose a bathing suit this way, because I would need a realistic idea of how I'm going to look lol (for example, tummy roll over waitline, strectch marks, etc.).

Those middle three look like images that would be presented at a war crimes trial. The woman in the shower looks healthy, though. At least she's got something going on in the thigh/butt area.

Yowza. I'll admit, I prefer slender woman, but JESUS. There's a difference between slender and malnourished.

Urban Outfitters didn't used to use models like this. For shame.

Ew, I agree w/Diamond...they are shapeless. Slender or even skinny is one thing but that's unattractive. I am not even going to comment on the last one.

omg that's disgusting. i would rather see someone like Beyonce Knowles in a swim suit, she looks amazing in everything. i would buy anything she put on as long as she didn't talk.

They have a square-ish body type. A lot of athletes look like that except with more weight. Anyway, They make the suits look tragic because they not giving any of the swimsuits any life to them.

I always think they look skinny in these types of photos but I'm pretty I'm the same size as these girls. Sadly. haha
